What is the return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh greenery products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review your claim. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.

When should I place my order?

You can place your order up to 90 days in advance and select your preferred delivery date using our calendar at checkout. We recommend scheduling your delivery for 2 days prior to your event to ensure your greenery arrives fresh and ready to use.

How do we Ship?

We ship all orders via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure your greenery arrives fresh and in peak condition. If a different shipping method applies, it will be clearly noted in the product description or at checkout.

How to care for my product?

To keep your fresh greenery looking its best:

🌿 Wreaths & Garlands

  •  Open your box immediately upon arrival.
  • Lightly mist with water daily to maintain freshness.
  • Keep in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • For indoor use, avoid placing near vents or fireplaces.

💐 Bouquets

  • Remove from packaging and trim stems at an angle.
  • Place in cool, clean water immediately.
  • Change water daily and keep in a cool spot for longest vase life.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
