We stand behind the quality of our products and will review any concerns promptly. Refunds, credits, or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
When should I place my order?

You can place your order up to 90 days in advance and select your preferred delivery date using our calendar at checkout. We recommend scheduling your delivery for 2 days prior to your event to ensure your greenery arrives fresh and ready to use.
How do we Ship?

We ship all orders via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure your greenery arrives fresh and in peak condition. If a different shipping method applies, it will be clearly noted in the product description or at checkout.
